To provide an electric driving device having excellent sealability that is a low cost and can be downsized, while securing an insulation property.SOLUTION: An electric driving device is provided with an electric motor, a speed reducer having a gear mechanism that reduces a speed of rotation of the electric motor and outputs the rotation and a speed reducer case for storing the gear mechanism, an inverter that converts electric power to be supplied to the electric motor, and a wiring part having a conductive member electrically connected with the electric motor and the inverter. The electric motor, the speed reducer and the inverter are arranged in this order in a shaft direction, where the shaft direction is parallel to a shaft center of a rotator of the electric motor.
