Zusammenfassung:	To provide solid or semi-solid water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics having hardness near to a balm state, excellent in moisture retention effect, exhibiting unique use feeling of melting into the skin when applied to the skin, and capable of being stably blended with a water-soluble or hydrophilic agent.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics comprise (A) organically modified clay minerals, (B) surfactants below HLB6, (C) waxes, (D) silicone elastomers, (E) volatile oils, and (F) water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バーム状といえる程度の硬度を有する固形又は半固形の油中水型乳化化粧料であって、保湿効果に優れるとともに、肌に塗布する際に溶けるようになじむ独特の使用感触を発揮するとともに、水溶性又は親水性の薬剤を安定に配合することのできる化粧料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、（Ａ）有機変性粘土鉱物；（Ｂ）ＨＬＢ６以下の界面活性剤；（Ｃ）ワックス；（Ｄ）シリコーンエラストマー；（Ｅ）揮発性油分；及び（Ｆ）水を含有することを特徴とする油中水型乳化化粧料に関する。【選択図】図１
