Zusammenfassung: | To improve the accuracy and efficiency of an analysis of components in a liquid by efficiently and rapidly removing erythrocytes that interfere with blood being subjected to biochemical analysis or immune analysis.SOLUTION: A blood to be measured is mixed with insoluble particles having functional groups containing a cyclic imide structure, such as a maleimide or succinimide structure. As insoluble particles, for example, metal oxides such as silica or composite oxide particles in which iron oxide is coated with silica can be used. A magnetic oxide such as iron oxide may be employed as magnetic particles. The effect of the cyclic imide structure makes it easier for the erythrocytes to aggregate and form a precipitate and for the precipitate to settle, and the magnetic particles can be used to separate the erythrocytes by magnetic attachment. A supernatant can then be separated from the precipitate generated and collected to obtain a sample for analysis from which the erythrocytes have been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】血液を生化学分析ないしは免疫分析に供する際に妨害となる赤血球を効率的かつ迅速に除去し、液中成分の分析の精度や効率を向上させる。【解決手段】測定対象とする血液に対し、マレイミド構造やスクシンイミド構造などの環状イミド構造を含む官能基を有する不溶性粒子とを混合する。不溶性粒子としては、例えば、シリカなどの金属酸化物や、酸化鉄をシリカで被覆した複合酸化物粒子などが使用できる。酸化鉄などとして磁性を持つ酸化物を採用し磁性粒子としてもよい。環状イミド構造の効果により赤血球が凝集して沈殿の形成とその沈降が起きやすくなり、また磁性粒子を用いた場合には磁着による分離が可能となる。その後、生じた沈殿から上清を分離して回収すれば、赤血球が除かれた分析試料が得られる。【選択図】なし |
