SLEEP EVALUATION SYSTEM, SLEEP EVALUATION APPARATUS, AND SLEEP EVALUATION PROGRAM

To provide sleep evaluation means which reduces a burden of measurement for sleep evaluation and makes it easy to understand a result of the evaluation.SOLUTION: A sleep evaluation system 1 comprises an activity tracker 2 with an acceleration sensor and a sleep evaluation apparatus. The sleep evaluation apparatus outputs a sleep evaluation report 200 based on measurement data of the activity tracker 2. The sleep evaluation apparatus 3 performs calculation of a plurality of sleep variables based on a motion quantity value Mc being an index of a body motion. The activity tracker performs calculation of an active mass value being an index of an activity made while a user is out of bed.
