Zusammenfassung:To provide an ultrasonic generation device that improves the degree of freedom in changing the overall length and can be made smaller.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic generation device includes a vibrator unit 2 that generates longitudinal vibration, and an ultrasonic radiator 3 that is connected to the transducer unit 2 and that generates ultrasonic waves from longitudinal vibration and radiates them into the air, and the ultrasonic radiator 3 includes a transducer connection portion 4 to which the transducer unit 2 is connected, a conical horn 5 that converts at least a part of the longitudinal vibration transmitted via the vibrator connection portion 4 into transverse vibration, and a flexural diaphragm 6 that is connected to the conical horn 5 and radiates ultrasonic waves by transmitting transverse vibration and flexural vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】全長変更の自由度を向上させ、小型化が可能な超音波発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】縦振動を発生させる振動子ユニット2と、振動子ユニット2に接続されると共に縦振動から超音波を生成して空中に放射する超音波放射体3とを備え、超音波放射体3が、振動子ユニット2が接続される振動子接続部4と、振動子接続部4を介して伝達される縦振動の少なくとも一部を横振動に変換するコニカルホーン5と、コニカルホーン5に接続されると共に、横振動が伝達されてたわみ振動することで超音波を放射するたわみ振動板6とを有する。【選択図】図1
