Zusammenfassung:	To provide a packaging bag with improved openability, made of a monomaterial laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate includes at least a stretched polyethylene base material and a sealant layer. The stretched polyethylene base material contains polyethylene as main component, and the sealant layer contains polyethylene as main component. The laminate has a first direction on the surface thereof. The laminate has a cut line extending in the first direction.
