| Zusammenfassung: | To provide a warp feeding device for a loom which includes reels having a tape-like flat yarn as a warp yarn wound therearound and arranged in line, and has a creel device having the same number of reels as the number of warp yarns used for the weaving by the loom, allowing the replacement work of the reels to be more easily carried out in a shorter time as compared with a conventional device.SOLUTION: A warp feeding device comprises a plurality of support mechanisms which is detachably attached to a creel device and supports a predetermined set number of reels that are two or more. Each support mechanism comprises a shaft-like support part for supporting the set number of reels so that each real is individually rotatable, and a regulation part for regulating the position of the reel in the axial direction of the support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】経糸としてのテープ状の扁平糸が一列に巻かれたリールを含むと共に織機における製織に用いられる経糸の本数と同数のリールがクリール装置に仕掛けられた織機用の経糸供給装置において、リールの交換作業が従来装置と比べてより短時間に且つより容易に行えるような装置の構成を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、前記経糸供給装置において、クリール装置に対し着脱可能に設けられる支持機構であって予め定められた２以上である設定数のリールを支持する支持機構を複数備え、その各支持機構が、軸状の支承部であって設定数のリールを各リールが個別に回転可能であるように支持する支承部と、支承部の軸線方向におけるリールの位置を規制する規制部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図４ |
