SHORT FIBER ASSEMBLY AND INNER COTTON

To provide a short fiber assembly, which includes fibers made of polyester resin as a main fiber and makes an inner cotton exhibit excellent heat insulation and bulkiness, and the inner cotton composed of the short fiber assembly.SOLUTION: A short fiber assembly includes a first fiber and a second fiber. The first fiber is a conjugate fiber made of two or more types of polyester resins having different inherent viscosity, and is hollow and has fineness of less than 3.0 dtex. The second fiber is made of polyester resin and has fineness of less than 1.0 dtex.
