【課題】医療機器を装着している乗員の安全性を高めることができる乗員保護装置を得る。【解決手段】本発明の一実施の形態に係る乗員保護装置は、車両の衝突を検出可能な衝突センサ、衝突センサが車両の衝突を検出した場合に、車両に医療機器を装着している乗員がいるかどうかを検出可能な乗員検出部と、電磁波を検出可能な電磁波検出部と、電磁波検出部の検出結果に基づいて、車内の電磁波を低減するように車両を制御可能な制御部と、制御部が車両を制御した後における電磁波検出部の検出結果に基づいて、医療機器を装着している乗員を保護する保護処理を行うことが可能な保護処理部とを備える。【選択図】図１ |
