| Zusammenfassung: | To provide a web carrier device capable of suppressing manufacture costs by retracting a web press member with a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A web carrier device has a chain 7 which engages a sprocket 6 to drive it along a conveyance direction A of a web 1, and a web introduction member 10 which is mounted with a front edge part 1a of the web 1 to introduce the web 1 into a gas as driven by the chain 7. Cam roller members 32 are provided at both end parts of the web introduction member 10 and are made to abut on cam members 34. Consequently, web press members 20 are retracted away from an outer peripheral surface 5f, and the web introduction member 10 is inserted into the expanded gap without any interference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な機構でウエブ押さえ部材を退避させて製造コストを抑制することができるウエブ搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】スプロケット６に係合してウエブ１の搬送方向Ａに沿って駆動するチェーン７と、ウエブ１の前縁部１ａを装着してチェーン７の駆動でウエブ１を隙間に導入するウエブ導入部材１０とを有している。そして、ウエブ導入部材１０の両端部にカムローラ部材３２を設けて、カム部材３４にカムローラ部材３２を当接させる。これにより、ウエブ押さえ部材２０を外周面５ｆから離間する方向へ退避させて、拡開した隙間にウエブ導入部材１０を干渉させることなく挿通させる。【選択図】図２ |
