Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of a molding which has lightweight property and rigidity that are features of an injection foam molding, and is excellent in cushion property, touch feeling and appearance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminate includes: a step (1) of preparing a mold composed of a movable die and a stationary die, and mounting a skin material serving as a skin layer onto the movable die; a step (2) of making the mold in a specific opened state, and forming a cavity; a step (3) of injecting a thermoplastic resin composition into the cavity; a step (4) of holding the mold in a mold closing completion state for 2 to 20 seconds; a step (5) of moving the movable die in a mold opening direction, thereby expanding the thickness of the thermoplastic resin composition to 210 to 600%, and forming a foam; a cooling step (6); a step (7) of moving the movable die in a mold closing direction, compressing the foam to which the skin material is bonded to a specified thickness, and holding the foam; and a step (8) of moving the movable die in a mold opening direction again, and releasing the foam to which the skin material is bonded from a compressed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】射出発泡成形体の特徴である軽量性および剛性を有するとともに、クッション性、触感および外観にも優れた成形体の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】可動型と固定型から成る金型を用意し、可動型に表皮層となる表皮材を装着する工程(1)、金型を特定の開いた状態にしてキャビティを形成する工程(2)、キャビティに熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出する工程(3)、金型を型締め完了状態にて2~20秒保持する工程(4)、可動型を型開き方向に移動させることで、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の厚さを210~600%に拡大して発泡体を形成する工程(5)、冷却する工程(6)、可動型を型閉じ方向に移動させ、表皮材が貼合された発泡体を特定の厚さに圧縮して保持する工程(7)、再び可動型を型開き方向に移動させ、表皮材が貼合された発泡体を圧縮状態から解放する工程(8)を含む、基材と表皮層を有する積層体の製造方法。【選択図】図2
