NOZZLE TYPE STEAM TRAP

To provide a nozzle type steam trap that can restrain steam leakage and increase the drainage volume of condensed water.SOLUTION: A nozzle type steam trap is connected to a condensed water accumulation pipe into which condensed water from a steam main pipe is introduced, coverts the condensed water into steam to discharge it to a discharge pipe, and comprises: an inlet side flange connected to the condensed water accumulation pipe; an outlet side flange connected to the discharge pipe; an upstream chamber communicating with the inlet side flange; a downstream chamber communicating with the outlet side flange; an intermediate chamber connected to the upstream chamber and the downstream chamber; a steam generation nozzle comprising a first steam generation nozzle for establishing communication between the upstream chamber and the intermediate chamber, and a second steam generation nozzle for establishing communication between the intermediate chamber and the downstream chamber; and a cap for opening/closing the intermediate chamber to allow the steam generation nozzle to be replaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】蒸気漏れを抑制すると共に凝縮水の排水量を増やすことができるノズル式スチームトラップを提供する。【解決手段】本発明のノズル式スチームトラップは、蒸気本管からの凝縮水が導入される凝縮水蓄積管に連結され、凝縮水を蒸気に変換して排出管に排出するノズル式スチームトラップにおいて、凝縮水蓄積管に連結される入口側フランジと、排出管に連結される出口側フランジと、入口側フランジに連通する上流室と、出口側フランジに連通する下流室と、上流室と下流室に連設される中間室と、上流室と中間室を連通させる第１蒸気発生ノズル及び中間室と下流室を連通させる第２蒸気発生ノズルからなる蒸気発生ノズルと、中間室を開閉して、蒸気発生ノズルを交換可能とするキャップと、を備える。【選択図】図４
