Zusammenfassung:To provide an enclosure structure for a rotary electric machine with excellent workability when installing a terminal box.SOLUTION: An enclosure structure for a rotary electric machine includes: an enclosure that houses the rotary electric machine inside and has an enclosure opening through which an outlet wire of the rotary electric machine is drawn outward; and an insulating terminal box mounted on the enclosure and covering the enclosure opening. The terminal box has a mounting surface having an opening part that is connected to the enclosure opening formed on a bottom surface side and has a terminal block to which the outlet wire drawn from the opening part is connected in its inside. The enclosure opening is formed at an axial end of the enclosure on a surface inclined obliquely with respect to an axial direction of the rotary electric machine. The mounting surface of the terminal box is formed inclined with respect to the axial direction in line with a surface on which the enclosure opening is formed. The mounting surface has a cylindrical sleeve protruding toward the enclosure and inserted into the enclosure opening at an edge of the opening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】端子箱の取付時の作業性が良好な回転電機の筐体構造を提供する。【解決手段】回転電機の筐体構造は、回転電機を内部に収容し、回転電機の口出し線を外側に引き出す筐体開口を有する筐体と、筐体に取り付けられ、筐体開口を覆う絶縁性の端子箱と、を備える。端子箱は、筐体開口と連通する開口部を有する取付面が底面側に形成され、開口部から引き出された口出し線が接続される端子台を内部に有する。筐体開口は、筐体の軸方向端部で回転電機の軸方向に対して斜めに傾いた面に形成される。端子箱の取付面は、筐体開口の形成される面に合わせて軸方向に対して傾いて形成される。取付面には、筐体側に向けて突出し、筐体開口に差し込まれる筒状のスリーブが開口部の縁に設けられている。【選択図】図5
