To provide a syringe tip having excellent operability without interfering with a surgical field.SOLUTION: A syringe tip has: a syringe engagement part to be engaged with a syringe; a hollow part centered on a virtual center line; a cylindrical part to be held by a user; and a nozzle part for discharging a viscous material stored in the syringe. When a maximum length (mm) of a length between both ends of the cylindrical part on a virtual straight line orthogonal to the virtual center line is defined as a first length A, a virtual straight line orthogonal to the virtual center line and including both ends of the cylindrical part constituting the first length A is defined as a first virtual straight line, and a length (mm) between both ends of the cylindrical part on a second virtual straight line orthogonal to the virtual center line and orthogonal to the first virtual straight line is defined as a second length B, the first length A and the second length B satisfy the following relational expressions (1) to (3).
