Zusammenfassung: | To provide an optical microscope fixture and an observation method of an optical microscope allowing a specified region of a test body to be fully observed.SOLUTION: An optical microscope fixture has a field of view guiding function of, without moving a line of sight away from an observation visual field of an optical microscope, setting a position with intervals equal to or smaller than (real visual field/√2) in an observation direction for moving a sample containing a test body and concentrating the line of sight on a center of observation visual field of the optical microscope. The optical microscope fixture is a quadrangle slide glass or a cover glass with four equal corners. On the slide glass or cover glass, there is preferably provided as a basic unit for performing the field of view guiding function, a plurality of pairs of indicators which is provided in the vicinity of at least one opposite side, in a substantially linear symmetric position with a straight line parallel to the opposite side as a symmetric axis, the pair of indicators provided along the opposite side with intervals equal to or smaller than (real visual field/√2). The observation method alternately combines X-axis direction operation for moving an XY stage of the optical microscope for a certain distance alternately to opposite directions, and Y-axis direction operation for moving the XY stage in one direction for a distance equal to or smaller than (real visual field/√2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】検体の指定された領域を余すところなく観察することができる光学顕微鏡用治具及び光学顕微鏡の観察方法を提供する。【解決手段】光学顕微鏡の観察視野から視線を離すことなく、検体を含む標本を移動させる観察方向に、(実視野/√2)以下の間隔で位置を設定し、視線が前記光学顕微鏡の観察視野の中央に集中させられる視野誘導機能を有する。特に、四つの角が全て等しい四角形のスライドグラス又はカバーグラスであって、視野誘導機能を発現するための基本単位として、少なくとも一方の対辺の近傍で、対辺に平行な直線を対称軸として略線対称の位置に設けられた一対の標識が、対辺に沿って、(実視野/√2)以下の間隔で複数設けられていることが好ましい。また、光学顕微鏡のXYステージが、所定の距離を交互に反対方向に移動させるX軸方向の操作と、一方向に(実視野/√2)以下の距離を移動させるY軸方向の操作とを交互に組み合わせる。【選択図】図4 |
