To improve efficiency of settlement operation between maintenance operation and management operation of real estate by data-linking billing debts and payment debts generated therebetween.SOLUTION: A real estate support system is constituted of a maintenance system for supporting maintenance operation for a plurality of real estates and a management system for supporting management operation for the plurality of real estates. The maintenance system outputs billing data including a claim number, a claim destination, a maintenance description, and a payment amount. The maintenance system takes in the billing data as debt data and outputs the claim number, the claim destination, and payment data including a payment amount.
