Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which offers high initial image density and suppresses image blur in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image developing toner and a method of manufacturing the same are provided, the electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising toner base particles containing a binder resin and colorant and having a circularity in a range of 0.950 to 0.995, inclusive, and an external additive containing silica particles A and silica particles B having different number average particle diameters, where the silica particles A have a greater number average particle diameter than the silica particles B, a BET specific surface area in a range of 70 m2/g to 150 m2/g, inclusive, and a shape index of 2.0 or greater as expressed as a ratio of the number average particle diameter to a BET equivalent particle diameter, and the silica particles B have a shape index of less than 2.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
