Zusammenfassung: | To improve the workability and efficiency of earth removal work and crushing work by being able to carry out crushing work of gravel, etc. without interrupting earth removal work by a screw conveyor.SOLUTION: A tunnel boring machine 1 comprises a first screw conveyor 20 that is connected to a discharge port 12a formed in a partition wall 12 and transports excavated soil stored in a chamber 17 in a first direction on a rear side of an excavator main body 10, a second screw conveyor 30 that transports the excavated soil transported by the first screw conveyor 20 in a second direction, a cylindrical connecting member 40 that connects a soil discharge port 22b of the first screw conveyor 20 and a soil intake port 32a of the second screw conveyor 30, and has a crushing space 3 inside which is not provided with screw blades, and a pressing device 60 that presses an object to be crushed contained in the excavated soil transported to the crushing space 3 by a pressing part 66 that is provided on the connecting member 40 and is provided so as to be able to advance and retreat with respect to the crushing space 3 in the connecting member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スクリューコンベヤによる排土作業を中断することなく礫等の破砕作業を実施でき、排土作業と破砕作業の作業性と効率性を向上する。【解決手段】トンネル掘削機1は、隔壁12に形成された排出口12aに連結され、チャンバ17内に蓄えられた掘削土砂を、掘削機本体10の後方側の第1方向に運搬する第1スクリューコンベヤ20と、第1スクリューコンベヤ20により運搬された掘削土砂を第2方向に運搬する第2スクリューコンベヤ30と、第1スクリューコンベヤ20の土砂排出口22bと第2スクリューコンベヤ30の土砂取込口32aとを連結し、スクリュー羽根が設けられていない破砕スペース3を内部に有する筒状の連結部材40と、連結部材40に設けられ、連結部材40内の破砕スペース3に対して進退可能に設けられる押圧部66により、破砕スペース3に運搬された掘削土砂に含まれる破砕対象物を押圧する押圧装置60と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
