Zusammenfassung:To reduce motor torque required for motoring for starting an internal combustion engine without deteriorating startability of the internal combustion engine at low-temperature start of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A control device for an internal combustion engine includes: a temperature acquisition section 55 that acquires a temperature of the internal combustion engine 1 when start of the internal combustion engine is requested; a motoring execution section 56 that executes motoring of the internal combustion engine by using a motor 32 when start of the internal combustion engine is requested; and a cylinder internal pressure control section 58 that controls cylinder internal pressure of the internal combustion engine during motoring on the basis of the temperature of the internal combustion engine.
