Zusammenfassung:	To provide a recruitment support device that allows a company to conduct recruitment activity even for a retired employee whose contact address is not grasped by the company.SOLUTION: A server device 2 which is a recruitment support device, includes: a registration unit 213 that registers personal information and work history information of a user in association with identification information that identifies the user; a display control unit 212 that displays, on a user terminal operated by the user, a user-dedicated page where the user can view job information of a company included in the work history information of the user; and a reception unit 211 that receives, from the user terminal operated by the user, an issuance request of invitation information for inviting another user different from the user.
