Zusammenfassung:To prevent excess counting relating to a demand of a power supply resource without recording transaction information on power transaction in a block chain for each transaction time unit.SOLUTION: A power transaction device 100 of a retailing power supplier B stores a power tracking record TR which is transaction information between a supply side and a demand side of power, in a block chain BC. The power transaction device 100 defines a supply amount obtained by dividing a power supply resource G of a power generating house A on the supply side for each aggregate period, a demand amount of a plurality of customers C requiring the power supply resource G by the customers C on the demand side, excess surplus power of a difference between the supply amount and the demand amount as a power tracking record TR, and stores the power tracking record TR in the block chain BC. By storing the power in the block chain BC so that supply amount of power=demand amount+surplus power, a surplus power supply resource is eliminated, and power supply resource management of preventing double counting becomes unnecessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力取引に関する取引情報を取引時間単位毎にブロックチェーンに記録せずとも、電源リソースの需給に関する過剰計上を防ぐこと。【解決手段】小売電気事業者Bの電力取引装置100は、電力の供給側と需要側との取引情報である電力トラッキングレコードTRをブロックチェーンBCに格納する。電力取引装置100は、供給側の発電家Aの電源リソースGをアグリゲート期間毎に分割した供給量と、需要側の需要家Cで電源リソースGを要求する複数の需要家Cの需要量と、供給量と需要量との差分の余剰電力と、を電力トラッキングレコードTRとし、ブロックチェーンBCに格納する。電力の供給量=需要量+余剰電力としてブロックチェーンBCに格納することで、余剰分電源リソースがなくなり、2重計上を防ぐ電源リソース管理が不要となる。【選択図】図1
