Zusammenfassung:To provide a production method of polyethylene-based thermal decomposition wax which shows little fuming during high-temperature processing and little stickiness of a molded body comprising the wax, has excellent blocking resistance, and is of low cost.SOLUTION: A production method of polyethylene-based thermal decomposition wax comprises: supplying a polyethylene-based resin to an extruder including a four- to eight-screw extruder; thereafter thermally decomposing the polyethylene-based resin under a condition of a cylinder temperature of 330-480°C at a thermal decomposition region of the extruder; and extruding a polyethylene wax after thermal decomposition under a condition of a tip temperature of the extruder of 100-300°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 高温加工時の発煙やワックスを含有する成形体のべたつきが少なく、耐ブロッキング性に優れ、かつ低コストであるポリエチレン系熱分解ワックスの製造方法を提供する【解決手段】 ポリエチレン系樹脂を4~8軸押出機からなる押出機に供した後、押出機の熱分解領域でのシリンダ温度330~480℃、熱分解後のポリエチレンワックスを押し出す押出機の先端温度100~300℃の条件にてポリエチレン系樹脂を熱分解させ、押し出す、ポリエチレン系熱分解ワックスの製造方法。【選択図】 なし
