Zusammenfassung:To provide a foamable adhesive sheet capable of obtaining excellent foaming characteristics and adhesion characteristics suitable for a specific gap, and to provide a manufacturing method of a structure using the foamable adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A foamable adhesive sheet includes an adhesion layer. The adhesion layer contains a thermosetting adhesive agent and a gas generating agent. In the foamable adhesive sheet, when a compressive load is applied and temperature is raised at a prescribed rate of temperature rise to measure a displacement with a thermomechanical measurement, a sum of an initial thickness of the foamable adhesive sheet and a displacement amount at a prescribed temperature of 160°C or higher and lower than 200°C is 100% to 308%, inclusive, based on a gap set value of 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】所定の間隙に適した、優れた発泡特性および接着特性を得ることが可能な、発泡性接着シートおよび発泡性接着シートを用いた構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】接着層を有する発泡性接着シートであって、上記接着層が、熱硬化性の接着剤と、発泡剤とを含有し、上記発泡性接着シートにおいて、熱機械測定により、圧縮荷重を加えて、所定の昇温速度で昇温し、変位を測定したときの、上記発泡性接着シートの初期厚さと、160℃以上200℃未満の所定の温度での変位量との合計が、間隙設定値100%に対して、100%以上、308%以下である、発泡性接着シートを提供する。【選択図】図1
