To provide a time stamp support system for supporting acquisition of a time stamp, a time stamp support method, and a time stamp support program.SOLUTION: An intermediary device 20 comprises a control unit 21 connected to a client device 10. The control unit 21 acquires from the client device 10 an electronic file encrypted by processing an encryption for a file to be time stamped, and attaches the electronic file to a trail file in a file format to which a time stamp can be attached.
