Zusammenfassung:To provide an information processor that can predict the concentration of haloacetic acid by using a management index which is measured daily and easily available.SOLUTION: An information processor 10 comprises a CPU 11, and a water supply treatment system 20 that performs water supply treatment comprises a membrane filtration tank 22 and a hypochlorite injection part 23, where the temperature and chromaticity of membrane-filtered water before the hypochlorite injection part 23 injects sodium hypochlorite, which passed through the membrane filtration tank 22, are measured, the concentration of trichloroacetic acid when the membrane-filtered water is left to stand for 72 hours under a certain condition is measured, by which the temperature, chromaticity and the concentration of trichloroacetic acid of membrane-filtered water are collected, multiple regression analysis on the basis of the collected values is executed, a prediction formula of the concentration of trichloroacetic acid in which the concentration of trichloroacetic acid is set to an objective variable and the water temperature and chromaticity is set to an explanatory variable is derived, and the CPU 11 calculates a prediction value of the concentration of trichloroacetic acid on the basis of the measured water temperature and chromaticity of membrane-filtered water, and the prediction formula.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】日常的に測定し且つ簡単に入手可能な管理指標を用いてハロ酢酸の濃度を予測することができる情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】情報処理装置10はCPU11を備え、上水処理を施す上水処理システム20は膜ろ過槽22及び次亜塩素酸注入部23を備え、膜ろ過槽22を通過し且つ次亜塩素酸注入部23が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを注入する前の膜ろ過水の水温及び色度が測定されるとともに、一定の条件下で当該膜ろ過水を72時間静置したときのトリクロロ酢酸の濃度が測定され、これらにより、膜ろ過水の水温、色度及びトリクロロ酢酸の濃度が採取され、これらに基づいて重回帰分析が実行され、トリクロロ酢酸の濃度を目的変数とし且つ水温及び色度を説明変数に設定するトリクロロ酢酸の濃度の予測式が導出され、CPU11は測定された膜ろ過水の水温及び色度、並びに、当該予測式に基づいてトリクロロ酢酸の濃度の予測値を算出する。【選択図】図1
