SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY AND DISK DEVICE

To provide a suspension assembly which can stably connect a magnetic head to a wiring member and a disk device having the suspension assembly.SOLUTION: A suspension assembly includes: a support plate; a wiring member that includes a metal plate 46 and a wiring board 48 arranged on the metal plate, and also includes a tip side portion 42a arranged on the support plate, a base end side portion extended to the outside of the support plate and a connection end part provided at an extension end of the base end side portion; a head 17 placed on the wiring member; and a piezoelectric element 50 mounted on the wiring member. The wiring board includes a first insulation layer and a conductive layer laminated on the first insulation layer.
