COOLING STAGE TO COOL HEATED CARRIER

To provide a cooling stage to cool a heated carrier on which a plurality of components are mounted, a pick-and-place apparatus including such a cooling stage, and a method for cooling the heated carrier on which the plurality of components are mounted.SOLUTION: In a pick-and-place apparatus, in a cooling stage, a support member is used to separate a heated carrier from a radiator, and by relying on thermal convection between the heated carrier and the heat sink, compared with a known cooling stage, the cooling stage is less dependent on the type of carrier used.
