In a shaft direction, the substrate 30 comprises: a first surface 30F that is opposite to the stator 20; and a second surface 30S on the side opposite to the first surface 30F. The first surface 30F of the substrate 30 is contacted to the resin member 50, the second surface 30S of the substrate 30 comprises: an inner peripheral part 30i; an outer peripheral part 30o; and an intermediate part 30m existed between the inner peripheral part 30i and the outer peripheral part 30o. In the intermediate part 30m, at least one conductive pad 40 is provided, and a concave part 45 surrounding the pad 40 is formed.
