MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM, CHARGE/DISCHARGE PLAN CREATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

To formulate a storage battery charge/discharge plan that meets requirements of a power generation system operator even when a plurality of uses can be considered for storage battery operation.SOLUTION: A management apparatus is connected to a power generation system having a power generation apparatus and a storage battery.
