Zusammenfassung:To provide a battery cooling device for a vehicle, having a high cooling performance.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger (20) includes: a first heat medium channel (51) that is contacted with a depression flat surface (31) of which a dimension of a channel is relatively large as a reference of a direction along a depression direction by a depression member (30); and a second heat medium channel (52) that is not contacted to depression surfaces (31, 31A, and 31B) of which each dimension of the channel is smaller than the first heat medium channel (51). In a gap region (S) between the second heat medium channel (52) and the depression flat surface (31), an inclusion member (60) that can be contacted to the second heat medium channel (52) and can be contacted to the depression flat surface (31) is arranged.
