To provide a floor structure capable of suppressing use of lumber.SOLUTION: A floor structure comprises: a plurality of first support members 20 aligned on a floor slab 10; a plurality of first boards 30 that have peripheries 31 supported by the plurality of first support members 20, are aligned with spaces 71 and held above the floor slab 10; a plurality of second support members 45 that are aligned on the first boards 30 or covering materials 40 stacked on the first boards 30; and a plurality of second boards 50 that have peripheries 51 supported by the plurality of second support members 45, are aligned with spaces 73 and held above the first boards 30 or the covering materials 40. The first board 30 is either one of a cement plate, a gypsum board, or an ALC board. A top face 221 of the first support member 20 on which the peripheries 31 of the first boards 30 are placed and a lower surface 45A of the second support member 45 placed on the peripheries 31 of the first boards 30 are vertically aligned.
