To provide a control device for a human powered vehicle that can properly control a speed changer.SOLUTION: A control device for a human powered vehicle is provided with a control part that controls a speed changer that changes a ratio of a rotation speed of a wheel to a rotation speed of a crank shaft of the human powered vehicle.
