Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for bonding low crystalline polyolefin and a rigid amorphous material or low a crystalline polyvinyl chloride (PVC).SOLUTION: There is provided a method for bonding a first material to a second material, wherein the first and second materials are dissimilar, the first material contains a non-polyvinyl chloride (non-PVC) polyolefin polymer, the non-PVC polyolefin polymer is amorphous or has a degree of crystallization of approximately 0.1% to approximately 50%, the second material contains a rigid amorphous material having tensile elastic modulus of approximately 1,800 to approximately 3,000 MPa, PVC having Shore A hardness of approximately 70 to approximately 85 or a combination thereof, and the method includes i) modifying the first material with a polar functional group increasing affinity with the second material of the first material, and ii) bonding the first material to the second material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
