To provide a frame for a propulsion device capable of increasing a degree of freedom in a position of a ground reaching part.SOLUTION: A frame 10 for a propulsion device comprises a pedestal 20 and a sliding body 40. The pedestal 20 has a first floor 21 placed on the ground, a first wall 31 rising vertically from the edge of the first floor 21, a second wall 32 rising diagonally from the first floor 21 toward the first wall 31, and a second floor 22 extending vertically from the second wall 32.
