Zusammenfassung:	To miniaturize a cooker.SOLUTION: A cooker includes: a container for storing a heating object; a heating part for heating the container or the inside of the container; a safety valve 24 provided on a passage 18 for discharging steam generated inside the container to the outside, for releasing a pressure when the pressure inside the container exceeds a safety valve opening pressure value; and a pressure reduction valve 21 provided on the passage 18, for controlling the pressure inside the container.
