CLASP AND SHOELACE INSERTION METHOD

To provide a clasp capable of further quickly tightening and loosening a shoelace and reducing a possibility of loosening the shoelace, and shoelace insertion method.SOLUTION: A clasp 10 comprises two cylindrical parts 1 each having an opening 13 at one end in the axial direction, a connecting shaft 2 for supporting the two cylindrical parts 1 movably in the axial direction at both ends in the axial direction, and a spring 3 for energizing the two cylindrical parts 1 outward in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 2.
