SOLAR POWER GENERATION PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DEVICE, SOLAR POWER GENERATION PERFORMANCE EVALUATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

To provide a solar power generation performance evaluation device capable of accurately evaluating power generation performance while taking a contract condition concerning a performance guarantee into consideration.SOLUTION: A solar power generation performance evaluation device according to one embodiment includes a performance evaluation unit and a performance determination unit. The performance evaluation unit makes at least two evaluations out of a first measurement performance evaluation for simulating power generation at a solar power generation system on the basis of environment data measured at a site of the solar power generation system, a second measurement performance evaluation based on an amount of generated power measured at the solar power generation system, and a design performance evaluation for simulating power generation at the solar power generation system on the basis of estimated environment data at the site. The performance determination unit determines the performance of the solar power generation system by comparing results of the at least two evaluations.
