QUALITY INDEX ACQUISITION METHOD OF PLASTIC INJECTION MATERIAL, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREOF

To provide the quality index acquisition method of a plastic injection material allowing evaluation of underwater non-separability of the plastic injection material in water flow, and a construction management method of the plastic injection material.SOLUTION: The quality index acquisition method of a plastic injection material related to the present invention includes steps: (1) of preparing samples for measuring the plastic injection material and samples for charging; (2) of taking prescribed time lapse after preparation of the samples; (3) of measuring vane shearing strength of the measuring samples; (4) of charging the charging samples into flowing water adjusted to a prescribed flow rate; and (5) of measuring water quality of the flowing water after the prescribed time lapse. On the basis of the measured vane shearing strength and the water quality of the flowing water, and by employing the vane shearing strength of the sample when the flowing water satisfies the desired water quality as a quality index of the plastic injection material, a relationship among the time lapse after preparing the samples for measuring and charging, the flow rate in the flowing water, the flowing water quality, and the vane shearing strength being the quality index of the plastic injection material are acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】流水下における可塑性注入材の水中不分離性を評価することができる可塑性注入材の品質指標取得方法及び可塑性注入材の施工管理方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明に係る可塑性注入材の品質指標取得方法測定用供試体は、可塑性注入材の測定用及び投入用供試体を作製する工程(1)、供試体を作製してから所定時間経過させる工程(2)、測定用供試体のベーンせん断強さを測定する工程(3)、投入用供試体を所定の流速に調整された流水下に投入する工程(4)、流水下に投入し、所定時間が経過した後、流水の水質を測定する工程(5)を含み、測定したベーンせん断強さ及び流水の水質に基づき、流水が所望の水質を満足するときの供試体のベーンせん断強さを可塑性注入材の品質指標として採用し、測定用及び投入用供試体を作製してからの経過時間と流水下における流速と流水の水質と可塑性注入材の品質指標であるベーンせん断強さとの関係を取得する。【選択図】なし
