The information processing device acquires a power value being a value of power actually supplied to a user area, and a target value which is transmitted from an external resource aggregator system for each fixed time duration and is a value of power to be supplied to the user area, and transmits a charge/discharge command for performing charge/discharge of the accumulator to the power conditioner based on a difference between the power value and the target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
