GROMMET AND WIRING HARNESS

To provide a grommet and a wiring harness capable of efficiently performing manufacturing operation while making a stripping property of a grommet excellent.SOLUTION: A grommet 1 comprises: an annular waterstop part 2 which is inserted into a through hole 101 formed in a mount panel 100 and performs waterstop; closing parts 3 which are formed to project inward in a radial direction of the waterstop part 2 and are provided respectively on one side and the other side in an axial direction of the waterstop part 2; and cylinder parts 4 which are each provided on a center portion of each of the closing parts 3 on the one side and the other side and into which a wiring material W is inserted. The closing part 3 and the cylinder part 4 on one of the one side and the other side have a plurality of division parts 6 divided in a circumferential direction by a plurality of cutout parts 5 extending in the radial direction. The plurality of division parts 6 form connection parts 7 in a part of the cutout part 5 between neighboring ones of the division parts 6 on the cylinder part 4.
