Zusammenfassung: | To provide a refining method for a high-nitrogen steel capable of making [N]≥150 ppm after an RH treatment by sufficiently increasing the concentration of [N] in molten steel before starting the RH treatment, and performing the method under RH treatment conditions without being affected by denitrification reaction occurring during a reduced pressure treatment in the RH treatment and without adding a nitride alloy to the molten steel.SOLUTION: In a refining method of a high-nitrogen steel, in which a ladle refining treatment and an RH vacuum degassing treatment for carrying out N2 gas circulation flow are carried out on a molten steel 2 discharged from a converter, nitriding is carried out on the molten steel 2 by carrying out stirring with N2 gas in the treatment with the converter and/or in the ladle refining treatment. In the RH vacuum degassing treatment, at least an index value A obtained from "the expression including the value of the molten steel component before the RH vacuum degassing treatment as a variable" becomes 50 or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
【課題】RH処理開始前に溶鋼中[N]濃度を十分高めておき、RH処理での減圧処理時に生じる脱窒反応の影響を受けることなく且つ溶鋼に窒化合金を添加することないRH処理条件で行うことで、RH処理後の[N]≧150ppmとすることを可能とする高窒素鋼の精錬方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の高窒素鋼の精錬方法は、転炉から出鋼された溶鋼2に対して、取鍋精練処理とN2ガス環流を実施するRH真空脱ガス処理とを実施する高窒素鋼の精錬方法において、転炉での処理、及び/又は、取鍋精練処理では、N2ガスによる攪拌を実施することで溶鋼2に対して加窒が行われるものであり、RH真空脱ガス処理では、少なくとも「RH真空脱ガス処理前の溶鋼成分値を変数として含む式」から求められた指数Aの値が50以上となる処理条件となっている。【選択図】図1C |
