SYRINGE AND SYRINGE UNIT

To provide a syringe and a syringe unit free from the need of excessive shifting and reducing a load on a person to be injected.SOLUTION: A syringe comprises a syringe part having a body part formed with an opening, a conversion part, a button part and a slider part. The button part has a pair of leg parts arranged across the conversion part and having a front inclined surface inclined only at a set angle in the tip direction. The conversion part has a pair of engaging parts connected to a rear end of a gasket and having a rear inclined surface in slide contact with the front inclined surface of the leg part. The slide part moves the conversion part and the button part in the tip direction. The conversion part is moved together with the gasket in the tip direction in accordance with operation of pushing down the button part into the inside of the body part. A syringe unit has a syringe, and one or a plurality of adjustment members for adjusting a foremost position of the button part in the opening.
