Zusammenfassung:To provide an airtight structure of a building in which an airtight line is formed by installing an airtight sheet on the indoor side of the building frame along the outer peripheral wall of the building, the airtight structure of a building being capable of efficiently forming an airtight line without gaps around a protruding member provided on the indoor side of the building frame, and a construction method of the same.SOLUTION: The periphery of the connecting portion between a floor beam 1 and other structural members constituting the building frame and a horizontal brace 7 and other protruding members attached to the structural members and extending toward the indoor side is surrounded by a heat-shrinkable airtight sheet piece 8 for the connection portion. The periphery of the connecting portion is hermetically sealed while the airtight sheet piece 8 is heat-shrunk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建築物の外周壁に沿う躯体構面の屋内側に気密シートが張設されて気密ラインが形成される建築物の気密構造において、躯体構面の屋内側に設けられる突出部材の周囲に隙間のない気密ラインを効率的に形成し得る建築物の気密構造と、その施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】躯体構面を構成する床梁1その他の構造材と、前記構造材に取り付けられて屋内側に延び出す水平ブレース7その他の突出部材との接続部位周辺が、熱収縮性を有する接続部位用の気密シート片8によって包囲され、その気密シート片8が熱収縮した状態で接続部位周辺が気密的に封着される。【選択図】図1
