Zusammenfassung: | To suitably analyze the influence of a thermal load caused by a fluctuation in metal temperature of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger analysis device comprises a temporal change acquisition unit, a temperature fluctuation region identification unit, a fluctuation frequency calculation unit, and a fatigue determination unit. The temporal change acquisition unit acquires a temporal change in metal temperature measured at a measurement point provided in a heat exchanger. The temperature fluctuation region identification unit identifies a plurality of temperature fluctuation regions having a temperature fluctuation range from the temporal change. The fluctuation frequency calculation unit calculates fluctuation frequency of the metal temperature in a predetermined period on the basis of the plurality of temperature fluctuation regions. The fatigue determination unit determines the presence or absence of fatigue of a heat exchange part at the measurement point on the basis of the fluctuation frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】熱交換器のメタル温度の変動による熱負荷の影響を好適に解析する。【解決手段】熱交換器解析装置は、経時変化取得部、温度変動領域特定部、変動頻度算出部及び疲労判定部を備える。経時変化取得部は、熱交換器に設けられた測定点で測定されたメタル温度の経時変化を取得する。温度変動領域特定部は、経時変化から温度変動幅を有する複数の温度変動領域を特定する。変動頻度算出部は、複数の温度変動領域に基づいて所定期間におけるメタル温度の変動頻度を算出する。疲労判定部は、変動頻度に基づいて、測定点における熱交換部の疲労の有無を判定する。【選択図】図3 |
