Zusammenfassung:To provide appropriate information according to the role of a browsing person and the progress of customer service operation to support appropriate execution of work.SOLUTION: In a business support system, a server 100 which provides display information on a customer service operation for a customer in a store to a communication terminal 200 of a user 210 includes: management means which generates customer service event information regarding the customer service operation and manages the content of customer service and the progress of the customer service operation; first specifying means which specifies the role of a user using a communication terminal that has transmitted a request to provide display information on the customer service event information; second specifying means which specifies corresponding customer service event information for the provision request; generation means which generates display information based on the corresponding customer service event information; and providing means which provides the display information to the communication terminal which has transmitted the provision request. The management means updates corresponding customer service event information based on a user input.
