Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method that forms a biofilm that is one of the forms such as survival, adhesion, proliferation, and infection, of a bacterium, which is a fish disease bacterium isolated and cultured in a normal general culture medium, in cases where there are few or almost no infection protective antigens; and to provide a more effective vaccine for fish using the same.SOLUTION: By a method for culturing a bacterial strain that is isolated from fish by a normal general culture medium and that hardly forms a biofilm, with a medium containing a bacterial density sensing substance, a medium containing stress substance, or a medium containing iron ions and activated carbon powders, it becomes possible to produce a biofilm and the components produced during biofilm formation, maturation, and disintegration processes; and moreover, by immersing or injecting fish with a solution containing the biofilm and its produced components as antigens, the effectiveness of a vaccine can be greatly improved.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】通常の一般的な培地で分離・培養された魚病細菌であって、感染防御抗原が少ないまたはほとんどない場合において、細菌の生存・付着・増殖・感染などの形態の一つであるバイオフィルムを形成させる製造方法と、これを用いた魚類に対するより有効なワクチンを提供することなどを目的とする。【解決手段】魚類から通常の一般的な培地で分離され、バイオフィルムをほとんど形成しなくなった細菌菌株であって、細菌間密度感知物質を含む培地、ストレス物質を含む培地、または鉄イオン及び活性炭素粉末を含む培地で培養する方法により、バイオフィルム及びバイオフィルム形成・成熟・崩壊過程で産出される成分を産生させることが可能となり、さらに、バイオフィルム及びその産生させた成分を抗原として含む溶液を用いて、魚類に浸漬させるまたは注射することにより、ワクチンの有効性を大幅に向上できる。【選択図】なし |
