Zusammenfassung: | To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for shape transfer which has fine projections on a film surface, controls the number of projections, a maximum projection height and a water contact angle and thereby makes a surface highly smooth while forming fine projections at a high frequency, and is excellent in an easy slipping property, releasability and durability of a surface; and a biaxially oriented polyester film for shape transfer which can achieve improvement of surface characteristics and quality of an obtained resin composition film, and a handling property, when being used as a support in a manufacturing step of the resin composition film.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially oriented polyester film for shape transfer in which at least one surface has a surface (transfer surface) having the number of projections counted from an SEM image of 10 pieces/μm2 or more and 70 pieces/μm2 or less, a maximum projection height (Rp) from a surface (reference surface) with a height of 0 nm by AFM of 300 nm or less, and a water contact angle of 90° or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】フィルム表面に微細な突起を設けその突起個数と最大突起高さ、さらに水接触角を制御することによって微細な突起を高頻度に形成させつつ高平滑な面とすると共に、易滑性、離型性並びに表面の耐久性に優れた形状転写用二軸配向ポリエステルフィルム、並びに、樹脂組成物膜の製造工程において支持体として使用したときに、得られる樹脂組成物膜の表面特性や品位向上と、ハンドリング性を両立することが可能な形状転写用二軸配向ポリエステルフィルムを提供することにある。【解決手段】少なくとも一方の表面が、SEM画像からカウントされる突起個数が10個/μm2以上70個/μm2以下、AFMによる高さが0nmの面(基準面)からの最大突起高さ(Rp)が300nm以下、水接触角が90°以上である表面(転写面)を有する形状転写用二軸配向ポリエステルフィルム。【選択図】なし |
