Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for manufacturing a soundproof sheet that easily controls an internal structure, and a soundproof sheet manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a soundproof sheet includes: a first deposition step S12 of manufacturing a web in which a plurality of first fibers being natural fibers and a plurality of second fibers each including a first core part and a first coating layer covering the first core part and having a first melting point are mixed; a heating step S13 of heating the web to melt the first coating layers; a pressure application step S15 of applying predetermined compressive force to the web with the first coating layers being melted; and a pressure-application and cooling step S16 of cooling the web to solidify the first coating layers while applying the predetermined compressive force to the web.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】内部構造を簡便に制御する防音シートの製造方法および該製造方法による防音シートを提供する。【解決手段】防音シートの製造方法は、天然繊維である複数の第１繊維と、第１芯部および第１芯部を被覆し、第１の融点を有する第１被覆層を含む複数の第２繊維と、が混合されたウェブを作製する第１堆積工程Ｓ１２と、ウェブを加熱して、第１被覆層を溶融させる加熱工程Ｓ１３と、第１被覆層が溶融した状態にてウェブに所定の圧縮力を印加する加圧工程Ｓ１５と、所定の圧縮力を印加したまま、ウェブを冷やして第１被覆層を固化させる加圧冷却工程Ｓ１６と、を有する。【選択図】図４
