Zusammenfassung: | To provide an energy conversion device capable of suppressing influence on an environment due to installation, having the high installation freedom, and capable of conversion of movement energy of moving fluid into rotation energy or electric energy stably at high efficiency even when the movement direction of the moving fluid changes, and an electric power generation device.SOLUTION: There are provided a fluid energy conversion device and an electric power generation device that can enhance and stabilize conversion efficiency even when a fluid frequently changes in moving direction or moving speed by arranging a conversion part on a border surface of a border part, wherein a rotary body has an internal space sectioned with a rotatable border part provided in a movement passage of the fluid moving an external space, and the conversion part converts movement energy of the fluid into rotation energy in the same rotating direction by effectively generating a lift and drag as the fluid moving in a region to rotate away and a region to rotate to flows in the internal space on a basis of a plane defined with an axis of rotation generated with rotation energy and the moving direction of the fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】設置による環境への影響を抑制可能で設置自由度が高く、移動する流体の移動方向が変動しても移動流体の移動エネルギーを高効率で安定的に回転エネルギーや電気エネルギーに変換することが可能なエネルギー変換装置並びに発電装置を提供する。【解決手段】外部空間を移動する流体の移動経路中に設けられた回転可能な境界部で区画された内部空間を有する回転体において、回転エネルギーで生じる回転の回転軸と流体の移動方向で規定される平面を基準とし、回転していく領域と回転してくる領域において移動する流体の内部空間への流入に応じて揚力およびまたは抗力を有効に発生させて流体の移動エネルギーを同一の回転方向への回転エネルギーに変換する変換部を境界部の境界面に配置することで、流体の移動方向あるいは移動速度が頻繁に変化する場合においても変換効率を高め安定させることが可能な流体エネルギー変換装置並びに発電装置を実現する。【選択図】図6 |
