Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electromagnetic wave interference absorber which widens a Dip band and has low thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave interference absorber has a dielectric layer containing a resin where a high loss material and a low dielectric material are dispersed, and an electromagnetic wave reflection layer. The dielectric layer has a dielectric constant of 15 or less, relative permeability of 1 or less, a dielectric loss tangent of 0.1 or less and a magnetic tangent of 2 or less. It is preferable that a content of the high loss material in the dielectric layer is 10 vol.% to 40 vol.%, and a content of the low dielectric material in the dielectric layer is 10 vol.% to 40 vol.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】Dip帯域が広帯域化され、熱伝導率が低い電磁波干渉吸収体の提供。【解決手段】高損失材料、及び低誘電材料を分散した樹脂を含む誘電体層と、電磁波反射層と、を有し、前記誘電体層が、15以下の比誘電率、1以下の比透磁率、0.1以下の誘電正接、及び2以下の磁気正接を有する電磁波干渉吸収体である。前記誘電体層における前記高損失材料の含有量が、10体積%~40体積%であり、前記誘電体層における前記低誘電材料の含有量が、10体積%~40体積%である態様が好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
